Built on collaboration.

Our Partners.

The recyclers, sorters, industry bodies and academic institutions who make certified circularity work

Our partners fall into four groups: the textile-to-textile recyclers whose processing requirements define our certification standard; the resellers and sorters who enable end-of-life certified clothing to be collected, graded and prepared as quality post-consumer feedstock; the industry bodies and trade associations we work with to advocate for Design for Recyclability across the value chain; and the academic institutions helping to embed circular design in the next generation of fashion and textile professionals.

Recyclers

Our certification standard is built on the real-world processing requirements of Europe's leading textile-to-textile recyclers. These are the organisations that have proven the technology to recycle post-consumer textiles at scale and are continuing to expand as the market develops.

Resellers and Sorters

Effective textile recycling requires effective sorting. We partner with leading textile resellers and sorters to support the identification of CTF-certified garments at the end of their usable life, so they can be segregated and routed to the appropriate fibre-to-fibre recycling stream — closing the loop between design and recovery.

Industry Bodies

We work with industry bodies and trade associations across the UK and EU to advocate for Design for Recyclability, align standards and support the development of frameworks that can make circular textiles commercially viable.

Academic Institutions

Design for Recyclability must be embedded in how the next generation of fashion professionals are trained. We partner with leading universities to integrate CTF’s methodology and frameworks into fashion and textile curricula.
